If you are planning to use a mover or someone else to pick-up your item(s) - Contact your mover to let them know that the pick-up is by appointment only and what arrival times are available. Once you have agreed on a time, book that time slot for your mover. Be sure to also explain to your mover what equipment is needed or any special instructions there are for the removal. After your appointment is booked, please contact onsite@quinnsauction.com to finish the mover authorization process.

Internal Shipping and Handling Policy: Auctioneer does not offer shipping for this sale.

In order to maintain all safety precautions, pick-up will be by scheduled arrival only. Buyers without a scheduled arrival time or who come unprepared to pick-up their items will be turned away and asked to schedule an alternate arrival time. Some arrival times book fast, so please do not delay scheduling your arrival time to ensure you get the time you want.

REMOVAL POLICY:

1) Buyers must bring a copy of the invoice, the original (or a legible copy of) buyer’s drivers license and a copy of the credit card used (last 4 digits and name on card must be visible). Buyer authorizes auctioneer to release buyer's assets to any individual in possession of the buyer's documents.

2) It is the buyer's responsibility to make and keep their pick-up appointment and to cancel and make a new one if necessary.

3) All estate sale items won must be removed by the buyers during their chosen pick up time. Be prepared with enough manpower, tools and vehicle space to haul all items from the site at that time. There will not be staff on site available to help lift, move or load any items.

4) If you are picking up a large number of items, please schedule an appointment earlier in the day to ensure sufficient time to complete the removal. You must complete your removal during one appointment. Consider the time needed when making your pick up appointment and bring sufficient labor and the appropriate vehicle. Removal time will be limited to 2 hours maximum. Staff only remain on site for 20 minutes after the last pickup slot.

5) Once removal windows have ended, there will be no opportunity to retrieve your items. No additional appointments will be added after the scheduled windows have closed.

6) All inventory not picked up is considered abandoned and becomes the property of Quinn's. If you choose to abandon lots and we incur labor, moving, storage, and/or disposal fees to move or dispose of your abandoned items, we charge your credit card on file with such fees.
